Rowan is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee our ear piercing studio in Winston-Salem. You will drive daily operations, lead a small team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, and ensure a safe, celebratory customer experience.
Responsibilities include coaching staff, hitting sales targets, managing scheduling and payroll, and coordinating with corporate on marketing initiatives. Jewelry experience is a plus.
