Studio Managers and Location Managers are responsible for overseeing all operations of their respective location including client experience, membership sales and team success.

Mood House is your home for stress-melting massage, with locations in Dilworth (est. 2021) and Oakhurst (est. 2024) and two new locations on the horizon! As a team, we're proud that Mood House has been recognized as a \"Must-Visit\" concept by Allure Magazine and voted #1 Best Massage in Charlotte. Additionally, Charlotte Ballet Dancers and Carolina Panthers TopCats Cheerleaders choose our team for self-care.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall client satisfaction and high-touch client problem-solving

• Support team in day to day operational problem-solving

• Oversee HR functions and schedules for all location’s employees

• Hit weekly and monthly sales targets and maintain a driven, high-performance culture

• Train and lead front desk in excellent customer service

• Maintain high “house standards” and oversee systems for upkeep and inventory

• Run payroll and other reports

Requirements:

• Great energy and positive attitude

• Must have strong verbal skills, with the ability to write polished client-facing communications

• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Must have weekend availability

• People-management experience required

• Wellness or service industry experience is a plus
