Studio CoordinatorOur client, a globally recognized architecture and design firm, is seeking an experienced Studio Coordinator to support studio leadership and a talented team of architects and designers. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the studio while providing high-level administrative and operational support in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide executive-level support to Studio Principals and Directors, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reports, and correspondenceCoordinate studio operations, including meetings, staffing support, PTO tracking, financial reporting, and project administrationAssist with proposals, presentations, contracts, and project documentationSupport Design Managers with project setup, RFIs, submittals, meeting notes, and project directoriesPlan studio meetings, retreats, celebrations, and client eventsCoordinate domestic and international travel for studio leadership and team membersServe as a liaison between the studio and internal departments to ensure efficient communication and operationsProvide backup reception and administrative support as neededQualificationsMinimum 5 years of professional administrative experienceExperience supporting executives in a professional services environmentStrong experience coordinating domestic and international travelExcellent organizational, communication, and project coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint; Adobe InDesign experience is a plusIf you're an experienced administrative professional looking to support an innovative, creative team in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.
