Students Services Specialist
Posting Summary
This position is 37.5 hours per week. Coordinate and manage administrative activities that support the Doctor of Occupational Therapy ( OTD ) program, the Rehabilitation and Movement Science ( RMS ) department, and the College of Health and Nursing Sciences ( CNHS ). Responsibilities include supporting OTD clinical education, including but not limited to clinical site coordination, slot requests, student orientation and advising, software and database management, compliance, evaluation, and accreditation. Responsibilities also include providing administrative support for the OTD , RMS , and CNHS Dean's office.
A probationary period may be required. This position is expected to be working on campus at 2 different locations due to the essential functions. Some travel might be required to attend training for professional development.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor's degree with more than one year of relevant experience related to the responsibilities. Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and survey applications. Ability to prioritize effectively, work, and make decisions independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience with student information systems and education management platforms. Experience of working in a clinical setting and/or with clinical populations. Experience of purchasing reconciliation. Expertise in navigating and utilizing multiple software programs.
Anticipated Pay Range
$26.00 - $28.00
