Student Wellness Case Manager

Providing individual support to students through short-term, solutions-focused counseling, the full-time remote Student Wellness Case Manager will manage an active caseload, facilitate referrals, and assist in maintaining resource databases for student wellness. Key responsibilities: Manage an active caseload of students, providing brief solutions-focused counseling and timely responses to referrals Facilitate ongoing services or referrals across university resources and provide asynchronous support through online mental health programs Offer training and consultation to faculty and staff to foster a supportive community of wellness Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, public health, or a related field required Minimum 2 years' experience providing case management services to adult student populations Military experience preferred Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively within a diverse community
