Student Teaching Assistant
The Student Teaching Assistant will attend class meetings and support student learning through discussion, collaborative activities, course-material support, and exam review.
Examples Of Duties
- Assist the professor in several in-class discussions
- Assist the professor in short answer and reading evaluations
- Assist the professor in monitoring class participation on Canvas
- Assist the professor in proctoring exams
- Assist the professor in other class-related duties
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with undergraduate students
- Strong reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Familiarity with the course material and expectations
- Reliability, professionalism, and ability to work collaboratively with the instructor
