Student Talent & Projects Lead

Uncommon Schools is seeking a Student Talent Manager in New York to own end-to-end co-curricular and out-of-school programs, guiding projects from planning to evaluation under the Academy Leader. You will lead instructional and operational aspects, manage external partners, and drive student talent initiatives across the school.

This role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and collaboration with teachers, families, and funders.
