Qualifications
1. High school graduate 2. Ability to work cooperatively with teachers and other staff. 3. Ability to develop computer skills as needed. 4. Ability to work cooperatively with students. 5. Ability to organize work materials.

Job Goals
To provide academic support to students under the direction of teaching staff.
Performance Responsibilities
1. Work with students to reinforce, review, and practice reading, math, and other academic skills under the direction of teaching and administrative staff. 2. Provide one-to-one support to students under the direction of teaching and administrative staff. 3. Provide small group support to students under the direction of teaching and administrative staff. 4. Administer informal assessments under the direction of teaching and administrative staff. 5. Monitor student behavior. 6. Reinforce and practice with students appropriate social skills, and where appropriate, IEP/504 goals. 7. Communicate student progress and student needs to teaching and administrative staff. 8. Maintain strict confidentiality at all times. 9. Additional duties as assigned.
