Student Support Caregiver

Milton Hershey School seeks a compassionate Student Support Caregiver to nurture students in a residential educational setting. In this role, you’ll support children’s daily routines, reinforce positive behavior, and model life skills while collaborating with teachers, counselors, and residential staff.

Responsibilities include supervising students, assisting with homework, promoting social-emotional growth, and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment aligned with MHS’s mission and values.
