Student Success Counselor

As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve full-time in a partner public school, supporting students’ academic and social-emotional growth. Working on a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring, mentor students, and help create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment. You’ll collaborate with teachers, track student progress, and lead enrichment activities, while developing your own leadership skills through ongoing training, coaching, and professional development in a mission-driven, equity-focused culture.
