As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve full-time in a partner public school supporting students’ academic and social-emotional growth. Working in the Community & Social Services department, you’ll deliver tutoring in core subjects, mentor students one-on-one, and help lead engaging classroom and after‑school activities. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers and a diverse AmeriCorps team to track student progress and create a positive, inclusive school climate.
