Student Success Counselor

Contacting college students to encourage enrollment, the full-time Student Success Counselor will manage high volumes of outbound and inbound communications while providing guidance and support for students navigating their educational pathways in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Conduct outbound and inbound calls and text messages to promote college enrollment and assist students with enrollment documentation Assess students' educational and work experiences to identify suitable credential programs aligned with labor market needs Maintain contact with students through their first day of classes to ensure a smooth transition and provide ongoing support Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred One year of experience in a call center, student service, or customer service environment required Knowledge of college application procedures and transfer credit concepts Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools and technologies to enhance work efficiency
