As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve full-time in a partner public school, providing academic, social-emotional, and attendance support to students. You will deliver tutoring and small-group instruction, mentor students to build positive relationships and growth mindsets, and track progress with teachers and school staff.
