As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year, you will support students’ academic and social-emotional growth in partner public schools. In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one and small-group tutoring, mentoring, and classroom support while collaborating closely with teachers and school staff. You will track student progress, communicate with families, and contribute to a positive school climate.
