Student Success Counselor

As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year, you will serve full-time in a partner public school, providing academic and social-emotional support to students. You’ll build strong relationships, offer one-on-one and small-group tutoring, and help students set and reach goals in attendance, behavior, and coursework. Working within a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll collaborate closely with teachers and school staff, track student progress, and participate in ongoing training and leadership development, all within City Year’s collaborative, inclusive, and social justice–oriented culture.
