As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve full-time in a partner public school, providing academic support, mentoring, and social-emotional coaching to help students stay on track to graduate. Working in a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll tutor in core subjects, lead small groups, support classroom instruction, and help manage whole-school activities. You’ll build relationships with students, teachers, and families, track student progress, and connect learners with resources.
