As a Student Success Coach and Mentor at City Year, you will serve full-time in a partner public school, building relationships with students and providing daily academic, social-emotional, and attendance support. You’ll lead small-group tutoring, mentor students, track progress, and collaborate with teachers to create inclusive, engaging classrooms. In this role, you’ll join a diverse AmeriCorps team, receive ongoing training and coaching, and grow your leadership skills while advancing educational equity and student success.
