To enhance student engagement, the full-time Mandarin-Speaking Student Experience Associate will provide support and guidance to students, manage inquiries, and facilitate communication while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage student inquiries and provide support throughout their academic journey Facilitate communication between students and academic staff to ensure a positive experience Participate in weekly meetings to collaborate with the team across different time zones Required qualifications Fluency in Mandarin and English Experience in a student support or customer service role Strong time and stress management skills Empathy and resilience in handling student concerns Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
