Contacting student loan borrowers throughout the loan lifecycle, the part-time Student Loan Call Center Representative will discuss repayment options and assist in keeping loans current while working remotely. Key responsibilities Make outbound calls to counsel borrowers on managing student loans and maintaining current status Communicate with borrowers via telephone, mail, and email regarding their responsibilities and consequences of default Maintain accurate documentation of borrower accounts and update loan statuses in the system Required qualifications High School diploma or GED 1+ year of office/business, clerical, or customer service experience
