Student Enrollment Advisor

To support a motivated student body, the remote Student Enrollment Advisor will engage with prospective and enrolling students to provide comprehensive financial guidance, ensuring they understand their funding options and assisting them through the enrollment process. Key responsibilities Meet with prospective and enrolling students to explain financial options and guide them through the financial aid process Collect and submit required documentation to the Student Finance Department while maintaining compliance with institutional policies Collaborate with Admissions and other departments to ensure a seamless enrollment experience for students Required qualifications Associate degree preferred Customer service experience required Experience in financial aid or student finance preferred Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly Proficiency with Microsoft Office and student information systems
