Student Engagement Specialist

To support student success and retention, the full-time remote Student Engagement Specialist will manage the New Student Onboarding process, serve as a liaison for prospective students navigating admissions and financial aid, and develop engagement programs to enhance the university experience. Key Responsibilities Guide prospective students through the admissions process and provide financial aid support, including FAFSA assistance Develop and implement programs that promote student engagement and support financial literacy Collaborate with various departments to align strategies for recruitment, retention, and student engagement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Student Affairs, Higher Education Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred) 3+ years of experience in higher education, student services, admissions, or financial aid General understanding of financial aid processes and admissions procedures Technological proficiency with Student Information Systems (SIS) and CRM tools like Salesforce Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse student populations
