CPA Junior Reintegration Mentor
At the direction and with the guidance of CPA Staff, Youth Coaches will:
Assist high school boys with career readiness activities.
Conduct pre-employment workshops and/or counseling sessions.
Conduct outreach in Hamden to identify employment or internship opportunities for youth.
Model professionalism, reliability, and positive communication.
Other duties as assigned.
Interest in youth development, career readiness, corrections and/or education.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Cultural competency.
REGIONS is a 24/7 facility, and working days and hours are negotiable. Applicants must be 18 yrs. old and will be required to complete site trainings for which hourly compensation will be paid.
