Sophomore or Junior graduating no earlier than May 2028. Freshman classification may be considered with prior work experience.
Nature & Purpose of Position
• Assist staff members with daily operations and tasks in the areas of Academic Planning and Program Development; Program Analytics, and Assessment.
• Greet and assist visitors, both in person and on the telephone.
• Restock office supplies and materials.
• Deliver and pick up items from other campus locations.
• Assist with the distribution of promotional materials as needed.
• Photocopy, fax, and occasional email tasks.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
Other Requirements for the Position
Minimum Requirements
• 12-month position with flexibility during winter and spring breaks.
• Required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Possess a strong work ethic.
• Reliable and responsible regarding scheduled work hours and job responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Proficient in communicating professionally and courteously, both verbally and in writing.
• Skilled in organization and time management with the ability to efficiently organize, plan, and allot time between different activities and projects in order to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and capable of completing daily duties and projects with minimum or no supervision.
• Excellent teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred
• Preferred graduation date no earlier than May 2028.
