- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Structure, negotiate, and document structured finance and securitization transactions
- Advise clients on warehouse lending and term financing arrangements
- Provide strategic guidance on regulatory and compliance considerations
- Collaborate with partners and cross-functional legal teams on multi-party deals
- Support related corporate transactional matters as needed
- Top 50 U.S. law schools strongly preferred
- Am Law 200 experience preferred
- Open to strong regional/local firms handling sophisticated matters
- 3-4+ years of relevant transactional experience (structured finance/securitization strongly preferred)
- Strong academic credentials
- Licensed in NC or eligible for admission
- Hybrid schedule (generally 3 days in-office; may vary by team)
