Duties
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex structured financing and securitization documents.
- Work with repurchase agreements, credit agreements, and pooling and servicing agreements.
- Prepare private placement memoranda, indentures, and offering materials.
- Handle intercreditor arrangements and related servicing and collateral issues.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant finance experience.
- In-depth understanding of financing structures for mortgage and asset-backed platforms.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
