We are supporting in an opportunity for a structured finance attorney with experience in Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLOs) to join a leading global law firm in New York.
The role offers exposure to sophisticated structured credit transactions, including CLO issuances, refinancings, resets and related financing facilities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-7 years post JD
- Experience advising on CLOs and structured credit transactions.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across complex transaction documentation.
- Experience working with banks, arrangers, lenders, issuers and other transaction parties.
