We are partnering with a leading global technology and infrastructure platform to hire an Associate for its San Francisco-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth team supporting the financing strategy and execution behind a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure platform. The role will focus on structured finance transactions across digital infrastructure and other capital-intensive sectors, working closely with senior investment professionals, lenders, investors, and advisors.
About the Role:
- Support the execution and structuring of financing transactions from diligence through closing
- Build and maintain financial models, including debt sizing, cash flow analysis, sensitivities, and covenant analysis
- Prepare transaction materials, investment analyses, and recommendations for senior stakeholders
Required Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in structured finance, project finance, infrastructure finance, investment banking, private equity, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with experience in debt transactions
- Background in infrastructure, digital infrastructure, data centers, energy, or other capital-intensive sectors preferred
- Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate
