Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with financial institutions as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, and/or purchasers.
- General capital markets, private credit, and/or leveraged finance experience preferred.
- Superior academic credentials.
- Previous large law firm experience.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Admitted to practice law in New York.
