Duties

- Focus on repo finance, digital infrastructure, and trade receivable finance.
- Participate in warehouse lending and structured private credit facilities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Superior academic credentials.
- Previous large law firm experience preferred.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida.
