Duties
- Represent issuers, underwriters, borrowers, and lenders in structured finance transactions.
- Engage in term and warehouse transactions within the financial services sector.
Requirements
- Three to four years of transactional experience, ideally with structured finance and/or securitization transactions.
- Excellent academic performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Education
- Law Degree.
Certifications
- Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred.
