Support senior team members and management in all aspects of warehouse finance transaction origination, underwriting, and execution
Manage the lifecycle of financing transactions, including onboarding, funding operations, waterfalls, reporting, etc.
Work closely with team members to ensure proper maintenance of the transaction and market information database
Prepare various internal memoranda including credit memos and management reports
Prepare routine and ad hoc data analysis and reporting
Review and comprehend real estate loan documentation
Review and analyze financial statements and perform credit analyses
Perform market analysis and related research
Participate in transaction due diligence calls and meetings, as appropriate
Review and participate in providing comments on basic lending facility legal documents
Assist in preparing cashflow analysis and modeling related to the collateral
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier school, ideally in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree a plus.
1 - 3 years of experience in investment banking, structured finance, corporate finance, consulting, or real estate with a strong track record of high performance.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; ability to communicate complicated and technical points clearly
High energy, results-oriented, dependable individual who will enjoy the challenge of a rapidly evolving global organization.
Understanding of real estate, economics, and market trends.
Prior exposure to real estate or asset-based lending a plus.
Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
Expertise with Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SQL a plus.
The candidate must be highly motivated and work with minimal supervision but also work well with teams.
Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to meet the demands and deadlines that are a part of this position. Attention to detail is a must.
