- Supports the sales pipeline by managing multiple bid opportunities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Review project drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to build work scopes.
- Analyze labor, material, and equipment requirements for each project.
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and formal bid proposals.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to gather technical data.
- Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
- Evaluate ways to improve cost efficiency without sacrificing quality.
- Maintain organized documentation for all active and historical bids.
- Ensure all estimates align with project timelines and company standards.
