Job Overview
We are looking for a Structural Welder who will perform a range of welding, milling, turning, and other bench operations at BOLZONI AURAMO Inc. The role requires willingness to work second or third shift and completion of a welding test for qualification. Positions will be awarded based on seniority after successful completion of the welding test.
Responsibilities
* Milling, turning, drilling, taping, deburring, molding, and other bench operations.
* Inspect parts using measuring instruments and perform quality inspections before and after welding.
* Work from process instructions, sketches, blueprints, and shop orders.
* Set up and operate welding machines, controlling speeds, feed, temperature, fixtures, and machine adjustments to maintain weld quality.
* Assist in the welding process for cylinder manufacturing using robotic and hand welding skills, and identify weld quality.
Qualifications
* High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
* Welding certification required.
* 1-year experience in manufacturing preferred.
* Results-oriented with good mechanical skills.
* Hands-on, systematic individual with high attention to detail.
Work Conditions
* Full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week.
* Shift: second or third shift.
* Travel may be required.
