Job Summar

yWe are seeking a highly skilled Structural Technician III to support aerospace structural assembly and modification tasks. This role involves working with major assemblies and minor part-fitting operations, ensuring precision and quality in alignment, measurement, and installation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in aerospace structural work, strong technical interpretation skills, and the ability to work in physically demanding environments

• esAssemble major structures and perform minor part-fitting operations (filing, sawing, burring, trimming, framing, riveting, drilling, reaming
• ).Align parts on jigs and aerospace vehicles using templates and fixture
• s.Measure parts using micrometers and calipers to verify dimension
• s.Modify incomplete or complete assemblies and incorporate structural change
• s.Monitor and verify quality using statistical process control or other procedure
• s.Ensure compliance with safety-sensitive protocols and aviation standard
• s.Operate or supervise heavy or dangerous equipment and machiner
• y.Inspect structures, equipment, or vehicles for safety and performanc
• e.Perform duties in outdoor environments and occasionally around hazardous material
