This role operates within RNGD's design-build environment, leading structural decision-making from early concept through fabrication and field execution. Unlike traditional engineering roles, this position emphasizes ownership, constructability, and real-world performance—ensuring structural systems are not only technically sound, but optimized for manufacturing, logistics, and installation.
