Location: Easton
Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday (three-day weekends)
Pay: Up to $24.00/hour to start; increases to $24.00/hour upon direct hire

- Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate production parts
- Execute MIG (GMAW) and spot welds to meet quality and throughput goals
- Cut, grind, and repair damaged or rusted steel components
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and fabrication techniques
- Skilled MIG welder; comfortable with standard hand and power tools
- Sound math skills for measuring and calculating
- Construction site experience preferred
- Knowledge of sheet metal practices and multiple welding processes (FCAW, TIG, Stick)
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems; able to interpret schematics
- Troubleshooting skills
- Tape measure reading accuracy
- Welding setups for production
- Blueprint reading
- MIG welder
