Must Have
Structural Analysis & Building Design - Experience performing structural analysis and designing building structures using concrete, steel, and timber .
Structural Engineering Software - Proficiency with structural analysis tools such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, RISA, or RAM for modeling and design.
Knowledge of Structural Codes & Standards - Strong understanding of IBC, ASCE, ACI, and AISC codes to ensure compliant and safe structural designs.
Construction Documents & Coordination - Experience preparing/reviewing structural drawings, calculations, and specifications , and coordinating with architects, contractors, and BIM teams .
Construction Support & Shop Drawing Review - Ability to review shop drawings, submittals, and field issues , and support construction teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
