In this role, you will take increasing ownership of structural steel and foundation design, reduce reliance on external vendors, and act as a key technical resource supporting EPCs, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
This opportunity would suit a Structural Engineer who wants to play a meaningful role in shaping in‑house design capability while working on high‑value, technically challenging industrial projects.
The Role:
- Perform original structural analysis and design for steel structures and concrete foundations supporting power generation and industrial projects
- Review and approve vendor drawings, documents, and calculations
- Provide technical support to EPCs, suppliers, and internal engineering teams
- Support the transition of structural design work from external vendors to in‑house execution
The Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree and PE license
- Strong background in structural steel design and industrial projects
- Working knowledge of ASCE, AISC, and related structural codes
- Experience using STAAD, SAP2000, or similar structural analysis tools
