What You'll Do

Develop structural designs utilizing industry standards and engineering best practices.
n n - n
Apply relevant design codes and standards, including ACI, AISC, ASCE, DOT, ADM, and IBC requirements.

Prepare and review structural calculations, technical reports, engineering drawings, and supporting documentation.

Design and evaluate structural steel systems and related components.

Collaborate with internal engineering teams, fabricators, contractors, and project stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.

Visit project sites to gather field information, verify conditions, collect measurements, and support construction or installation activities.

Provide technical support related to bridge design, fabrication, and installation.

Assist project teams in resolving field issues and engineering challenges.

Support quality, accuracy, and constructability throughout the design and execution process.

Contribute technical expertise during project planning, design reviews, and client discussions.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Open to candidates with Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering degrees and relevant structural design experience.

5+ years of structural engineering experience.

Experience in bridge engineering, heavy civil, structural steel design, or related structural applications.
n n - n
Strong understanding of structural engineering fundamentals and design principles.

Experience developing engineering calculations and construction documents.

Proficiency with AutoCAD and related design software.
n n - n
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
