Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join a growing engineering team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop structural designs and perform calculations for steel, wood, concrete, and masonry structures.
- Conduct load assessments and stability analyses to ensure structural integrity.
- Perform site visits to monitor construction progress and verify compliance with design specifications.
- Prepare structural drawings, calculations, specifications, and construction documents.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable local, state, and federal building codes.
- Stay current with industry standards, materials, and engineering best practices.
- Work closely with project teams to integrate structural engineering into overall project planning.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, architects, and contractors.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with structural engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Enercalc, STAAD, and Bluebeam.
- Strong understanding of structural design principles and applicable building codes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with advanced construction materials and methods.
