Farnsworth Group is seeking a Structural Engineer to provide customer‑oriented design and construction services to clients nationwide. This role offers great growth potential.
Posting Locations: Austin or Frisco, TX; Greenwood Village, CO (Denver Tech Center); Phoenix, AZ; Salt Lake City, UT.
Job Activities
* Perform structural analysis and design for building structures and related systems
* Develop construction documents and provide construction administration services
* Perform site visits, client meetings and coordination with the project team
* Participate in business development and client‑facing activities
Specific Requirements Include
* Bachelor's (required) or Master's degree (preferred) in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, with emphasis in structures
* 3 - 7 years of structural engineering experience
* Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) licensure preferred
* Experience with design and construction administration of building structures, preferably both new construction and renovation of existing structures
* Experience designing with common construction materials: steel, concrete, masonry and/or wood
* Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
* Strong team player in a multi‑disciplinary environment that can manage and contribute to several projects simultaneously
* Leadership qualities with ability to teach/train others
* Revit proficiency preferred
