We’re seeking a Structural Engineer to join our growing Baltimore-area team. You’ll work across a broad range of building types—from luxury residential and multifamily to healthcare, education, and parking structures. With projects ranging from $200K to $400M, every assignment offers technical variety and the chance to make an impact.

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design structural systems in steel, concrete, masonry, and wood
- Develop drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit
- Perform structural analysis and calculations under the guidance of licensed engineers
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and construction administration tasks
- Grow your technical and professional skills in a supportive team environment
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural focus preferred)
- FE/EIT certification required
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- PE license or path to licensure preferred
- Familiarity with analysis software such as RAM, RISA, or Enercalc is a plus
