Responsibilities
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineers across multiple locations
* Review and disposition Supplier design submittals to validate designs based on technical requirements
* Interface with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are satisfied
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Prior experience with fire suppression design
* Prior experience with structural stress analysis
* Ability to review, understand, and apply relevant engineering codes and standards (e.g. UFC, IBC, ASME)
* Strong knowledge of special inspection and/or lifting and handling requirements
* Prior experience supporting design reviews and technical interchanges with Suppliers
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to think creatively and make recommendations to senior project personnel
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
Education and Experience
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical, engineering or science field -
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
