Structural Design Engineer - REVIT, AutoCAD

We are seeking experienced Civil / Structural Engineers and Senior Engineers to support engineering design, structural analysis, construction, and maintenance projects for steam and electric power generating stations, industrial facilities, and utility infrastructure . The ideal candidates will have strong experience in structural design of steel, concrete, and masonry structures , along with building inspections, construction support, and engineering project management.

Open Positions & CompensationCivil / Structural Engineer Base Salary: $115,000 – $135,000 Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with 4+ years of experience , OR Master's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with 3+ years of experience

Senior Civil / Structural Engineer

Base Salary: $125,000 – $155,000

9% Annual Performance Bonus

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with 8+ years of experience , OR

Master's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with 6+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities Manage engineering and design projects involving structures, systems, and components (SSCs) of steam and electric generating stations. Perform structural analysis and design for new and existing industrial and utility structures. Prepare and review engineering calculations, design drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents . Support building envelope restoration, façade and roof systems, and facility inspections . Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and engineering evaluations. Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, bid packages, and appropriation requests. Coordinate and review engineering work performed by consultants, designers, and contractors . Provide field engineering and construction support , including investigations, inspections, and troubleshooting. Evaluate structural issues and develop engineering solutions for existing facilities. Supervise and coordinate in-house and external engineering design efforts. Support emergency engineering activities as required.

Required Qualifications Strong experience in civil/structural engineering design and analysis . Technical knowledge of steel, concrete, and masonry structures . Working knowledge of AISC, ACI, ASCE, and NYC Building Code . Experience with building envelope restoration, façade and roofing systems, and facility inspections . Ability to prepare and review structural calculations, engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents . Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and project coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Valid Driver's License required .

Preferred Experience Power Generation, Steam Plants, Utilities, or Industrial Facilities Structural Engineering Design & Analysis Steel, Concrete & Masonry Structures STAAD, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Mathcad Building Envelope / Façade / Roof Restoration Structural Inspections and Construction Field Support Industrial and Commercial Building Design Cost Estimating, Technical Specifications, and Bid Packages Engineering Project Management Engineer-in-Training (EIT) preferred For the Senior Engineer level , candidates should be capable of independently leading complex engineering assignments , reviewing technical designs, coordinating consultants, and providing technical leadership throughout project execution.
