As a Stroke Sepsis Nurse Coordinator at HCA Healthcare, you will lead system-wide efforts to optimize stroke and sepsis care. You’ll coordinate evidence-based protocols, ensure rapid recognition and treatment, and track core measures to improve outcomes. Partnering with physicians, bedside nurses, and interdisciplinary teams, you will facilitate case reviews, implement quality initiatives, and educate staff on best practices.
You will analyze performance data, support regulatory readiness, and champion a culture of patient safety and continuous improvement across our facilities.
