Northwell/Nuvance Health is seeking a full-time BE/BC fellowship-trained Stroke Neurologist to join their expanding Neuroscience Program and clinical team at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a large multidisciplinary neuroscience team and engage in clinical trials, research, and a robust residency program. The position is located in historic Poughkeepsie, just 75 minutes north of New York City.

- Collaborate with a large multidisciplinary neuroscience team comprised of Neurosurgeons, Neurointerventionalists, Neurohospitalists, Neurologists, and a team of mid-level professionals.
- The program offers clinical trials, research opportunities and a robust residency program.
- Vassar Brothers Medical Center has a new 752,000 square-foot, eight-level inpatient pavilion with 263 private medical/surgical patient rooms and 30 critical care rooms.
- Vassar provides the leading acute and critical emergency care in the region, including Level II Trauma Service and Interventional Neuroradiology.
- Vassar has established centers of excellence in cardiac services, neurosciences, cancer care, and women’s health.
Compensation
- Highly competitive compensation package
- Salary Range: $300,000 - $400,000 annually commensurate with experience

Requirements
- BE/BC fellowship-trained Stroke Neurologist
- M.D. Degree from an accredited institution (ACGME or equivalent)
- Completion of an accredited neurology residency and stroke fellowship
- Board Certified
- Capable in both general & stroke neurology
- Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed as a physician in the State of New York
