- Supervise stringing operations for 132kV to 765kV transmission lines, including tensioning and sagging
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and HSE standards during all stringing activities
- Interpret stringing plans, engineering drawings, and sag charts for accurate execution
- Coordinate with foundation, erection, and quality teams to align stringing schedules
- Inspect tools, equipment (e.g., TSE machines, sag bridges), and materials before use
- Monitor progress and resolve site-level issues to avoid delays or rework
- Maintain daily progress reports and ensure documentation of stringing activities
- Liaise with subcontractors and vendors for manpower, equipment, and material readiness
- Support audits and client inspections by ensuring quality and safety compliance
