What You’ll Do
- Conduct first‑time stretch experiences and wellness consultations
- Recommend membership programs based on client needs and goals
- Deliver practitioner‑assisted stretching sessions using the Stretch Zone Method®
- Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and in‑studio outreach
- Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals
- Participate in community events and wellness activations
- Build long‑term client relationships that drive retention and referrals
- Maintain a high‑energy, professional studio environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and confidence speaking with clients and prospects
- Comfortable recommending and selling membership‑based services
- Goal‑oriented and motivated by performance‑based income
- Experience working in commission‑based sales roles
- Background in fitness, wellness, recovery, or mobility
- Exceptional time management skills
- Coachable and open to structured training
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
No prior stretching experience required — paid certification provided.
