What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of experience in aircraft primary structure stress analysis
Strong experience with fatigue analysis of aircraft structures
Hands-on FEM/FEA experience — required
Experience with MRB (Material Review Board) activities preferred
CATIA V5 experience is a plus
Strong structural integrity, static strength, and repair substantiation experience
Ability to independently lead complex engineering projects and provide authoritative technical solutions
Strong cross-functional leadership and problem-solving skills
