Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.What you'll do: Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Consultant in the Strategy & Transformation Service Area will…Partner with clients to design and execute large-scale transformation initiatives across strategy, operations, technology, and organizational effectivenessSupport organizational transformation efforts including operating model design, governance structures, process optimization, and future-state organization designLead workstreams focused on change management, stakeholder engagement, change readiness, communication planning, and adoption strategiesFacilitate client workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders, define priorities, and drive decision-makingDevelop transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, and PMO governance processes to support successful executionAssess current-state business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design scalable future-state solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional client teams to coordinate complex transformation programs and ensure alignment across business functionsSupport marketing and digital transformation initiatives, helping organizations improve customer engagement, commercial effectiveness, and operational performanceApply structured problem-solving approaches to address organizational, workforce, and operational challengesMonitor transformation progress, identify risks and dependencies, and recommend mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on trackWhat you'll bring:2-5 years of consulting, transformation, organizational effectiveness, change management, workforce advisory, human capital, or operational excellence experienceExperience supporting client-facing engagements within consulting, advisory, or transformation-focused environmentsDemonstrated experience leading or supporting organizational change initiatives, technology implementations, process transformations, or operating model redesignsKnowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement strategies, and organizational adoption frameworksExperience working within PMO structures, governance models, or large-scale transformation programsStrong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadersAbility to translate complex business challenges into actionable recommendations and implementation plansExperience developing roadmaps, process maps, business cases, governance frameworks, and executive-level presentationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and executionExperience within healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries is preferred but not requiredFluency in EnglishClient-first mentalityIntense work ethicCollaborative spirit and problem-solving approachRelevant functional experience may include:Organizational TransformationOrganizational DesignChange Management & Change EnablementHuman Capital AdvisoryWorkforce TransformationWorkforce StrategyOperating Model DesignPMO & Transformation Office LeadershipProcess Improvement & Process ExcellenceGovernance & Decision-Making FrameworksMarketing TransformationDigital TransformationOperational ExcellenceFuture of Work InitiativesHow you'll grow:Cross-functional skills development & custom learning pathwaysMilestone training programs aligned to career progression opportunitiesInternal mobility paths that empower growth via s-curves, individual contribution and role expansionsPerks & Benefits:At ZS, your growth matters.
